Crystal Healing
Crystals have been used for thousands of years to help remove blockages and restore balance to the mind, body and spirit. Each crystal has it own healing qualities and characteristics. Crystals heal through vibration, rebalancing our energy systems, also known as, chakras. by balancing the chakras, our bodies begin to realign and dis-ease can begin to dissolve and heal.
Crystals gently but powerfully deal with the root of the cause, which is usually caused by our thoughts and emotions, which then manifest physically within the body.
Crystals are most commonly, but not always, connected with parts of the body through their colour and therefore with the corresponding chakra.

Crystal Healing, has much the same benefits as most holistic healing modalities, encouraging relaxation and bringing balance to the whole body, helping heal ailments and dis-ease.
As mentioned above each crystal has its own healing qualities for specific areas of the body. Crystals and Reiki work wonderfully together, with a lot of people choosing to incorporate reiki and crystal healing in the same session.

The Experience
During a Crystal Healing session, the comfortably clothed recipient will be asked to lay down, on either their front or back, (most decide to lay on their back) , on a treatment table, with the option of changing half way through. The healer will then work through your 7 chakras from feet to head, using a pendulum. The pendulum is held approximately 30cms above the body and will move in different directions and speeds depending on the energy that is being emitted. The healer may also receive or feel certain messages and/or feelings which can either be shared and discussed during the session or at the end. Once again most people do find themselves in a comfortable space where talking and sharing with eachother can deepen the healing process.
The healing will take approximately 1 hour , but we always suggest you allow for 1.5 hours.

This is where the Crystal Healing practitioner sends the healing to you, without having to be physically with you. Any intuitive messages received during the healing will be sent via email.
