Palo Santo is used to cleanse spaces, objects and bodies or negative energies, welcoming positive thoughts, feelings and promote a sense of calm and serenity. The sweet aroma of Palo Santo smoke provides and uplifting scent that raises the vibration,and attracts new energies encouraging prosperity and abundance to flow. 
Directions: Ignite the tip of the stick and let it burn for up to a minute, then blow out the flame and allow it to smoke. This may need to be repeated several times throughout our cleanse. As you perform your smudging ritual, repeat your intentions, welcoming the shift of energy. Move the smoking stick around your spaces until you feel completed. When you are finished place the stick on a fireproof dish and allow it to cease smoking, or extinguish in sand or soil.
